Ani has been playing competitive golf since she was eight years old. She began in Northern California in the JGANC (Junior Golf Assoc. of Northern California) until relocating to Southern California. She has been a member of AJGA, SCPGA, TOYOTA TOUR CUP, and JAGS (Junior Amateur Golf Scholars) during her Junior Golf days, she consistently achieved her goals in competitive golf which earned her a full ride scholarship to UCLA. 

 

During her years on the UCLA team, she became an intrigal part of their NCAA Championship win her Freshman year. Additionally, Ani captured an individual victory at the Karsten ASU course. 

 

In 2015, Ani qualified for full status to play on the “Symetra Tour” (the Road to the LPGA). There are only 80 golfers from around the world whom have earned the full status. She finished 34th out of 201 players on the Symetra Tour money list for 2015, and was #6 Rookie in 2015. Ani also attained official rookie status on the LPGA Tour through terrific play in Stages II and III of LPGA qualifying school, allowing her to participate in selected LPGA events. With good finishes and placements she will accelerate her status quickly in order to earn her full LPGA status by 2017.

 

She will be traveling all over the U.S. and other countries around the globe for select events. Unfortunately with the amount of travel this sport comes with, it requires significant self-funding. We are starting from scratch this year and are seeking sponsors to support Ani throughout the year.
